Exchange and return policy.

 Thank you for shopping at McLeod . Here is our return and refund policy for purchases.

How to return or exchange your items:

By mail or in person at:

In order to obtain a refund:

-Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip in the box.
-Send us an email at info@sirmcleod.com with your order number explaining which item (s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
-Once we have received your products, we will process your request and it will be confirmed by email.

* Return costs are the responsibility of the consumer (* in order to facilitate your return, we can organize the collection of your return, the costs relating to the withdrawal will be sent to you before said withdrawal)

* Make sure all of the above conditions are met before you return the product (s) to us.

Conditions:

  1. Refunds and exchanges are granted within 14 days of the date of receipt of the merchandise (for purchases made from December 1, we hear this deadline until January 10).

  2. The merchandise must be returned in good condition in its original packaging, unwashed, unworn, unmodified and with the original labels. You must have the original receipt or packing slip on hand. Socks and underwear are never refundable.

  3. Shipping and freight charges are non-refundable.

  4. Refunds are applied to the payment method used during the purchase.

  5. Items with the mention “Final Sale” or “Balance” in are not exchangeable or refundable.

  6. All orders are subject to availability of merchandise or while stocks last.

  7. Promotions related to quantities or combinations would be discounted on return if included items are returned. (Example:promo 2nd item at 50% discount)
